EMSR – Electrical Contractors (EMSR-EC) with the owner Master Electrician Micheal Knight is proud to present our latest project: the renovation of the Sandman Hotel located at 810 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas. This historic building holds a significant place in the city’s history and will now undergo a remarkable transformation.

The renovated hotel will offer a minimum of 240 rooms and 1,500 square feet of meeting space, catering to the needs of business and leisure travelers alike. The WT Waggoner Building, currently occupying 119,846 square feet of office space, boasts a U-shape floor plan that allows for abundant natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. In 2003, the ground floor bank and elevator lobby were meticulously restored to match the original finishes dating back to 1920 when the Continental National Bank was the building’s first tenant.
